Safe Copilot Start
Part-time Microsoft 365 and Copilot governance lead for banks, private banks, wealth managers, family offices and NGOs. 10x Microsoft MVP.
Today's challenges
Regulated and mission-driven organisations are under pressure to roll out Microsoft 365 Copilot. But the moment you switch it on, Copilot reads everything your people already have access to. Old SharePoint sites, shared files, permissions nobody has reviewed in years.
Governance is what stands between a productive rollout and an incident. I start with who can reach what: permissions, old sites and shared links. Labels and policy follow once you know what is there.
Fixed price
You buy an outcome or a role, not hours. You know the cost up front.
Fixed contact every week
One set slot each week. I prepare reports and analysis in between.
A Microsoft MVP beside you
Ten-time Microsoft MVP. You work with me directly, no account manager in between.
How it works
1. Scan. A Quickscan of your tenant: oversharing in SharePoint, permissions and what Copilot will be able to find. With a kick-off call and a results call. Fixed price of €2,500.
2. Plan. You get a report and a prioritised plan. You decide what we take on.
3. Programme. We carry out the plan, with a fixed half day every week and a governance report every month. From €5,000 per month. At least 6 months, then cancel monthly.
This is how I can help you
Safe Copilot Start
Quickscan €2,500, then from €5,000 per month
Know what Copilot can see before it goes live. A Quickscan with report and plan first, then a programme with a fixed half day every week.
SharePoint AI-Ready
Scan €2,500, then from €5,000 per month
Inconsistent Copilot answers usually come from SharePoint. Structure, metadata and search in order, so Copilot can filter and cite.
MONTHLY
TechBriefing
From €450 per month, cancel monthly
Every month: what is changing in Microsoft 365 and what it means for you. Microsoft does this about every two months. You hear it every month.
