WHAT IT IS
Not a course. Not a retreat. A work week that works.
You come to the Algarve and we get to work together on what is on your mind. Your Microsoft 365 environment, Copilot adoption, governance or the strategy behind it. We spar, dig in and build, side by side, with a Microsoft MVP next to you.
We work in the morning, when your head is sharpest. The afternoons and evenings are yours. I am around all day, so a quick spar in between is always possible. That way you keep your energy all week and get further than in a month behind your desk.

THE LOCATION
You stay in our house: Casa Moondi
You stay in our own house in the Algarve: Casa Moondi. Half a hectare of private nature in Lagos, surrounded by old fig trees and wild herbs, with a saltwater pool. Made to slow down and catch your breath again.
Sleeping: two double beds (one 180×200 and one 160×200) plus a comfortable sofa bed (140×200). Plenty of room for 2 to 3 people.
Kitchen: a fully equipped kitchen to cook for yourself. Lunch on work days is included. Breakfast and dinner you arrange yourself.
