Alert insights will now be updated every few hours with this increased frequency, providing analysts with timely alerts and continuously evolving insights. Thank you for your patience. In new Outlook for Windows and web, when single-clicking on an empty time slot on the calendar surface, the quick compose pop-up will no longer appear. Instead, you will be able to create an appointment by typing directly in the time slot on the calendar grid, just as you can in classic Outlook for Windows. There will be no change to double-click behavior; the full compose form will still open as it does today. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 406948. After this rollout, customers will be able to check in through Teams Chat and email for all enabled rooms. The pre-rollout options to check in through Teams panels or Teams Rooms will continue. Reminder: Switch to New Forms Data Syncing Solution by January 13, 2025Category:Microsoft FormsNummer:MC943681Status:planForChange | Updated December 12, 2024: Email notifications will start being sent to Forms owners from December 12, 2024. We have also updated the content. Thank you for your patience. In MC855685 (August ‘24), Microsoft Forms and Excel provided a new data sync solution which can sync a form’s response data to an Excel workbook, replacing the old data sync solution which will be deprecated by Jan 13th, 2025. Note: The new data sync can currently only be triggered in Excel for the web. If users want to receive new Forms response data in the Excel desktop app, open the target file in Excel for the web to sync new responses, and then wait for the file to update in the desktop app. Direct syncing support for the Windows and Mac versions of Excel is in progress and will be released soon. Impact There are 0 users and 1 groups with a total of 1 forms using the old data sync solution in your tenant in the last 3 months (Aug – Oct 2024). Action To continue syncing new responses from their form to their Excel workbook, users will need to update the syncing solution for each affected form. The notification will be sent directly to form owners to guide users in taking action. If users do not migrate before January 13, 2025, they can still trigger migration to set up the new data sync and sync all data to Excel after Jan 13,2025. Copilot will display sensitivity label shields at the bottom of Copilot responses with the file referenced file. This will help users identify the level of sensitivity classification for the content included in the response from the file. Power Platform – Copilot Studio Sharing Limits and Solution-aware cloud flow sharing limitsCategory:Power PlatformNummer:MC955566Status:stayInformed | Sharing limits are a Managed Environment feature that allow administrators to limit how broadly resources in their tenant are shared. This enables administrators to control with whom or what their makers are allowed to share their resources with. Originally, sharing limits were only available for canvas apps, but we are now extending the platform’s capabilities to include agents created in Copilot Studio and solution-aware cloud flows in Power Automate. How does this affect me? Copilot Studio: Starting on December 17th, 2024, sharing limits for agents created in Copilot Studio will be in Public Preview.
