Microsoft Purview | Insider Risk Management: New scenario-based policy templatesCategory:Microsoft PurviewNummer:MC937158Status:planForChange | Coming soon to Microsoft Purview | Insider Risk Management: Two new preconfigured quick policy templates for Crown jewel protection and Email exfiltration. These templates are for admins who want to deploy scenario-specific policy templates with less configuration, to get started faster. The existing quick policies for Data leak and Data theft will continue to be available. You can find all four scenario-based quick policies in Insider Risk Management at Policies > Create Policies. Admins can expect additional turning after deploying these policies to meet individual alert volume needs. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 409966. [When this will happen:] Public Preview: We will begin rolling out late November 2024 and expect to complete by mid-December 2024. Microsoft Viva Insights: Data export for Viva Glint and Viva Insights dataCategory:Microsoft VivaNummer:MC937159Status:stayInformed | We are pleased to announce the general availability of data export for Microsoft Viva Glint and Microsoft Viva Insights within the Microsoft Advanced Insights application. Analysts can now use the existing Glint and organizational insights Power BI template to run queries, and, with this new functionality, results can be downloaded as a CSV file. The existing feature allows users to view results as an embedded Power BI. Please note that CSV downloads will only be available for surveys with raw data export enabled by the Glint admin during the survey setup. Facilitator in Teams Meetings and ChatsCategory:Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365)Nummer:MC937709Status:planForChange | The Facilitator is a new agent in Microsoft 365. This agent works within Teams meetings and chats for more effective collaboration. This new agent is available in public preview and customers are required to have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license to access the public preview.
[When this will happen:] Targeted Release (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out in mid-November 2024 and expect to complete by late November 2024. [How this will affect your organization:] Facilitator will only be available to users that have app permission policy for Microsoft apps set to “Allow all apps”. The Facilitator App will become available soon for Admins to see and manage in Teams admin center. For more information about app permission policies, see Manage app permission policies in Microsoft Teams – Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn Users with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license can enable the AI notes in meetings and group chats. Meetings scheduled through Teams will have an option to turn on ‘AI-generated notes’ in the meeting scheduling form. AI Notes are auto enabled for newly created group chats with the option to remove upon chat creation or any time thereafter. For meetings where Facilitator is enabled, real time AI-generated notes and tasks will be added to the meeting notes page and show up in recap under the Notes tab. Participants with intelligent recap access will also see the post-meeting AI generated content in the AI Summary tab (previously labeled AI notes). For chats, AI notes can be accessed via an entry point in the chat header. However, as an admin, you control whether Facilitator will be available to your entire organization or to a certain group of users.
