Power Apps service update version 9.2.24033 includes an upgraded rich text editor control for Notes.

How does this affect me?
Following the update, you will no longer be able to utilize the @mention a user in Notes feature, as it was removed in release version 9.2.24033. The feature will be fully removed by May 10, 2024.
